Struts for the 65-72" kits available to fit springair main units. ZIROLI SPITFIRE GEAR ARE AVAILABLE NOW, ALONG WITH A NON-RETRACT TAILWHEEL, WHICH IS A SCALED-UP VERION OF THE ONE FOR THE TAYLOR SPIT. THE ZIROLI CAN USE THE YELLOW A/C GEAR, WHICH ARE SHOWN ON THE PLANS, which are available in both std (5/8 pivot blocks and struts) and Heavy duty, (3/4" pivot blocks and struts.. |

Scissors are available at $60 for aluminum, or $15 for resin, per set (two complete scissor assemblies, enough for a pair of struts) 1/4 scale spitfire mains with struts, $395, these are for 1/4 Scale Spitfires. They have the larger 1" pivot blocks, 3/4" struts with heavy duty 1/2" steel lower struts. Supplied with two sets of strut springs so you can tailor the strut stiffness to your flying style and conditions. While you might be able to retro-fit these, they are really too large for the Ziroli Spit.
